Our term for the butt would be batty. Americans usually call homosexual men butt boys, Jamaicans and other people from the Caribbean say batty boy.

Even if the man is not known to be a homosexual, calling him a battyboy is the ultimate insult. l'm sure you can understand the feeling if someone calls you a homo when you're not.

It's a Caribbean term for g*y man.  Besides Jamaica, the term is used in some of the other islands.

Other terms used in the Caribbean is anti-man, tay tay (ka ka tay tay), or bulla man.

I have never heared it was but it was my elder brothers' and my nick name when we were in the Armed Forces,it sounds very similar to our surname.
