Yes. That's a girl's name, and a generally old-fashioned one at that. Imagine how much he would get picked on in school, or mistaken for a girl. Imagine him having to call in to have his cable service fixed or something, and the operator doesn't cooperate with him because they assume your son is a girl. You can be unique without torturing your child.
