Is Barcelona, Spain multi religious and multi cultural?

I will go there soon, just wondering.

Will the universities accept Muslims, wearing headscarves? I heard in France they banned the headscarves, how about Spain? Just curious.

How is the weather there now? any idea?

Barcelona is a very multi cultural city. it is a port city, they call it the little new york. I do not know if they would accept Muslims wearing headscarves you would have to check in the university you would be enrolling.

The weather in Barcelona is nice, it gets cold but not so cold to freezing temperatures.
