Is Being 51and 46 Too Old To Adopt?

and already have 3 kids(2 are almost teens, and the oldest is in 20's) is that too old to adopt?

51-father's age

46- mother's age

  4. Well, no, I don't think it's necessarily too old.  

    But, since you want an honest answer (I assume), I must remind you that you and your husband need to make solid financial plans for the child's future.  Given the fact that you both will be up in years when the child reaches maturity, you would obviously need to think realistically about the fact that one or both of you may pass away before the child is ready to be on their own.
