Listening to some of the guff yesterday in Leinster House you'd think Bertie was a man more sinned against than sinning! Is there some kind of contagious collective amnesia going on there? Have they all forgotten the shenanigans of Saint Bertie?

Was he not caught fumbling in the greasy till to add the half million to the million?

BUNCH OF HYPOCRITES THE LOT OF THEM!!!

  1. Bertie for canonisation!! After becoming the first member of the lay community made Pope, of course!

I laughed watching the news yesterday, esp at the woman behind the leader of the Greens, she looked stunned at the out pouring of love and emotion to our beloved Bertie.  There wasn't a dry eye in the Dail, ahh.   Sure wasn't he a grand chap, a man of the people! I wonder if the Biffo will have the same effect, and induce collective amnesia when his time is up, maybe the Saint of the Scanger will give him a few lessons.

  2. I don't see why you should think Bertie should be  the next pope when the UK has the perfect candidate in peter mandelson he has the sainted look probably fiddled more than Bertie and on top of everything else he is as, or even more ,effeminate than the present pope

  3. They're all the same, those politicians. Smiling as they steal.

  4. mmmm...

  5. Well its obviously because of his blatant s*x appeal. When i see his face on the news I literally *** in my trousers.......em.......or not.....to be honest, he was at the helm when ireland got "rich" in the 90s. People like money (obviously Bertie likes money too) so they're thankful.

  6. Get off this boring topic....if he took cash it was back when every other prick was at it aswell......this whole tribunal is related to payment back in the early 90's and if he did get some loot it was nowhere near the million or whatever ridiculious figure you've come up with there.....anyway rant over, I don't really support him but just sick of all the bullshit about the payment...so the *** what..its in the past now....

  7. No, Bertie shouldn't be the next Pope, that job should go to Tony Blair, he will install cameras in the confession boxes, parking meters at the end of each pew, charge to go into St Peters Square,

VAT on Holy Water, a Font Tax, A fixed penalty fine for sins, (depending how lustful, evil, or just nasty your sins were)

Yes, Pope Anthony has a certain ring to it, at least it will keep him out of the UK.

  8. Yeah, he has a lot in common with previous popes. Maybe we could call him Pope Bertie Borgia!!

  9. You 2 should split the job!
