Although I've not used this particular company, there are a few indicators I look for whenever I research a new website.  According to their copyright (at the bottom of the home page) they've been around since 2003. In internet terms, that's a long time.  They also accept all major credit cards and they're PayPal approved.  Another good sign.

In addition to contracting with DHL and UPS for international shipping, they've also received certification from two reputable security firms - VeriSign and TRUSTe.

All of these things taken together would indicate that Beltal is a reputable company.  The credit card companies, PayPal, etc would probably not put THEIR reputations on the line to support a company of questionable reputation.
