When you read some of Bidens' past comments about Obama it doesn't seem possible that he ever thought of him as a serious candidate.

  1. How right you are! I doubt he is there  solely out of party loyalty because his ego is so d**n big. Maybe he sees the possibility of someday being #1.

  2. I believe you are correct.  Biden must have realized, as have the majority of Americans, that there is no chance Obama will win in November.  The only way for a Democrat to win the White House is for Obama to choose an old Washington insider as his running mate.  (So much for change...)  Hillary turned him down and perhaps others did, too.  Biden is getting older and probably realized that it'll be Hillary in 2012, so this is probably as far as he'll go.

  3. More likely because Dean and Kerry want someone with foreign policy experience.

The funny thing is Biden is 10x more qualified than Obama.

Does anyone really think than an Obama administration would be run by him and not Kerry, Dean, Pelosi and Biden??

    Don't fool yourself.

    So much for "change"
