Is Biden "clean" and "articulate" enough to be VP?

Yes, and it isn't not just me that thinks so.  Conservative columnist David Brooks wrote yesterday:  

"Barack Obama has decided upon a vice-presidential running mate. And while I don’t know who it is as I write, for the good of the country, I hope he picked Joe Biden."

Yes.  In politics people say things all the time that are dirty.  I wish you

could see or hear some of the things Bush talks about behind close

doors.  OK.  See.  So please be fair and open minded.  Everybody

puts their foot in their mouths at least once in a lifetime.  All of these

men are qualified.  It is just that Obama and Biden are better.

I don't know much about this guy, but I know that Obama is a Socialist and a racist.  So, I don't think anyone on his ticket will be able to help him now.

can't pronounce nuclear.  former coke addict.  People still elected Bush.  Biden is a prince compared to him.

VP does not need to be articulate (although Biden sure is). VP should be a thoughtful friend and opponent to president - which Biden surely is.

Do you remember when Bush admitted that he didn't have the experience necessary to be the President, so he chose Cheney as his running mate?  The same thing just happened.
