Omg that is hard, because he has the gift to pull off either look.... I really think that he could not look horrible if he tried, cuz there would still be that adorable Bill.... OMG he pulls off makeup perfectly and without makeup he makes me smile too!!!!! Very good question but i say both what do you think?
