Yes, ever since ep. 168, and there wasn't even a transition between the two arcs! The producers just went" Oh , Ichigo's fighting G.J., Chad and Ishida are fighting that Szael Aporro dude, but before we get to it...here's a story that will probably disupt the whole bleach universe!" ...What are they gonna do about that captain, will he resign?....End! Er dam fillers~
