It is completely free, and fun!! You can send any files you like, just like text messaging and it doesn't cost a penny. And the best part about it is if your phone service gets shut off, the blue-tooth does not. But there is a warning, if you don't know how to use it you can get files stolen from you. Another thing is that you have to be close to the person you share files with for connection purposes.

You just have to buy a Bluetooth device, and there is no other charges by your company for using it. It's free to use, the only thing that is not free is the actual device.

The programmability is probably built into your phone, but the actual bluetooth device (wireless earphone or headset) you will have to buy.
