Hi all, Im studying law at bradford and just finished my 2nd year. I am really confused now because since last night ive been thinking about changing and going to Huddersfield uni instead. I like bradford, not as in its awesome but because i have good mates. But, I did some research and alot of thinking & I want to go to huddersfield im not sure if im positive but i just do. The thing is after a law degree we have to take the LPC course to qualify as a solicitor etc but Bradford uni doesnt do the LPC, huddersfield does. My lecturer told me that getting on to the LPC is competitive. If I change and go huddersfield I could get on to the lpc automatically as its built into the course...but...im not sure. I live in holmfirth (part of huddersfield) and have alot of people who go to huddz uni that I seriously dont like. What do you think I should do? Should I stay in Bradford then worry if i'l ever get on to an LPC or go huddz....ive been up all night trying to figure out the answer but I cant...maybe you guys could help me out...put me out of my misery...PLEASE!!

  1. Huddersfield, my mum works at Bradford ++ she says that it wouldn't do much going to Bradford, LPC are quite important.

Also the people you don't like reet ignore them, they won't help in your study if you bicker [or whatever] your a grown up you should be able to concentrate ont things that really matter.

++ woo hoo someone on here lives in the area I do..

    Go Yorkshire! ♥x

  2. Niece went to Huddersfield UNI and at the age

of 25 passed all her exams and next one she

is going for allows her to be a judge, all though

she dose not want to be one, just wants the

    qualification,working as insurance

claims assessor at the moment, at a law firm

in Leeds and she says Huddersfield UNI

    is tops for law.

PS having read your question twice,i do honestly

think that you should not spoil your chances just

because of people you do not get on with, your

career in law is more important and who knows

your perceptions may have changed as there's may

have.My niece is a Dewsbury girl who was so

    quiet and shy,not now though.
