Is Brandon "The Thrill" Hill an actual boxer?

WWE had him take on Big Show a week back and they said he was a boxer I was wondering if he really was or if they were just making it up.

This really is too stupid for words. Turns out he isn't a professional boxer at all but a former UPW (Ultimate Pro Wrestling) trainee. Look at this

Checked out Boxrec.com (the biggest boxing database I could think of) and the closest I got was "Brandon Hulley" so this either implies he is somebody the WWE just hired to make Show look good, or he may of just recently become a professional. I have no idea, but his punches looked terrible.
