no his physical conditioning is a touch off . not at all familure with jets play book . just wondering though is the number 4 available . bret is very very very superstious . would a player want to give up his number . also the vancouver hockey club had a  similar situation , the number 11 was last used by wayne makie. he died of brain cancer . the canucks had this number retired . un retired it to let mark messier wear it . the maki family was not contacted . typical vancouver lack of class . great great players . a grade 6 student has more knowledge of class , and management than any vancouver sports team has ever had . played for 3 seasons , wanted out so bad could taste it . not hockey, but still a pro sport .

He won't play, but he WILL be in Cleveland on the sidelines. He will hold a press conference from Cleveland at 6pm est. Espn is broadcasting it.

Also he needs to fly to New York and the game is in Cleveland. Brett will be lucky to play next weeks game. So there is no possible chance he will play. He won't even be in Cleveland.
