You must admit this guy has thrown more interceptions than anyone you ever me. I wanted to pose a question without bringing up you know, the Favre situation.

  1. It's not only the amount of INTS he throws that makes him the greatest at it, it's the situations where he throws them. In the playoffs when the game is on the line, he'll toss it to the other team. When the momentum is going his way, he'll toss one. He always seems to know the perfect moment to toss one, just so the Pack won't make it all the way.

  2. this is the stupidest question ever look how long he started he is going to have alot of picks you should be slapped for asking that

  3. yes because he holds the records for TDS and PICKS and he has a 147 fumbles so do the math so really it evens out so he only has 7 more passing tds then turnovers

  4. Well, of course because he had the responsabilitie de many diferent teams without a TRUE TEAM....

only the last year he had a TRUE Team, and we saw the progress¡¡¡

    aaahhh¡¡

  5. Well having the record supposedly makes him the best at the other things. So I would say it makes him the best INT thrower as well.

  6. i guess so, if you look at the stats

  7. from my opinion no

  8. Well he does have 288 and I hope that he reaches 300 this year if he plays

  9. yes but if you look at the stats he is also the greatest TD thrower in the history of the game

  10. s**y Rexy is pretty good too.

He throws interception with style and grace.

    Gotta love him.

  11. statistically, yes.  is he the greatest though, nobody knows because all the QB's that were so great at throwing interceptions like Favre, could not find a way to win the game like Favre, therefore, did not last as long as Favre.  if you throw too many interceptions, you will not last long in the league, unless you can compensate with more positives, such as touchdowns and wins.

  12. No, IMO, it's actually George Blanda, he was the previous INT. record holder. He threw 277 INT. in 4077 pass attempts, while Favre threw 288 INT. in 8,758 pass attempts. He also threw 42 INT. in 1 season which is pretty incredible considering season where only 14 games long. So lets see, If Blanda threw the same amount of passes Brett threw he would have around 560 INT. so there you have it GEORGE BLANDA IS THE BEST INTERCEPTION THROWER.

Answers you are incorrect, yes he did fumble 147 times, but only 64 of those fumbles ende up as turnovers.

  13. No, he's not the greatest at throwing interceptions, even though I do hate him and he does have the most interceptions of any NFL player in history.

Ryan Leaf threw 36 interceptions in 18 career games.  That's a pretty good standard.  Favre has quite a few less interceptions than two per game.

Favre is only truly spectacular at one thing: staying healthy.  At everything else, whether it's throwing touchdowns or throwing interceptions, he's merely pretty good.  Favre is my candidate for the most overrated player in NFL history.

  14. absolutely not if by greatest interception thrower you mean he is the greatest at throwing interceptions as opposed to the greatest player who threw many interceptions.  Hes never had any good receivers nor a good offensive line.  If he had Tom Brady's O-line and WRs he would have thrown 60 TDs /season (well maybe not 60 but you get my point)

  15. Yes, but he has every other record too.  I'm sorry, but when you play for as long as Favre did....and throw that many passes, you are bound to throw interceptions.  For a few years when the Packers were struggling, Favre was trying to force balls and make things happen.

He is still #2 QB in history in my opinion, behind Montana.

  16. Of course not.
