They have this thing, that you can download the cover to make Favre on the cover as a Jet, and him starting as the Jets QB in the game, but i dont really care, so Im just gonna do it myself.

he is in the game you have to look through the teams when you go to play now their is a separate team called 2007 packers and he plays for them but other than that he is not on the game and is not a free agent

but their are downloads

If you get the online roster update for the 360 then Favre will be in a Jets uniform otherwise he will be retired or in a Packers uniform.

You can have Brett Favre in Packers instead of Jets by transfer him to packers rooster. Through a rooster. Or you can even transfer Brett Favre to any teams if you like to. That's goes for every teams with different players.
