brian roberts WAS a decent player never that great he was kind of under shadowed by other leadoff hitters earlier in his career like kenny lofton or marquis grissom

Yes, no doubt about it. He can hit doubles, home runs, steal quite a few bases, and hit for average. Brian Roberts is what you would call a gamer.

yup, he's a good lead off hitter who is consistent every year. He does well for the O's.

Underrated defensive second baseman and he's also having a nice season this year (.298 avrge 9 homers 51 rbis .378 OBP .467 SLG)
