  1. a polytheistic.

  2. Depends on what kind of Buddhism it is. The Theravada Buddhism, which is the most fundamentalist Buddhism is pretty much agnostic. They do believe the existence of some Hindu gods, but they don't worship them. They pretty much worship nothing. However, Mahayana Buddhism, especially the Tibetan Buddhism, is definetely polytheistic. They worship the Buddha and the bodhisattvas as gods, and they also worship some Hindu gods as well.

  3. Buddhism is neither, for it does not worship the existence of any gods, however after the founder(Buddha's) death, many followers began to worship Buddha as a god himself. Therefore, in this sense, Buddhim can be seen as monotheistic, even though it was originally supposed to be neither, as one was supposed to seek the path of enlightenment, instead of advice and help from gods.
