I have in-laws that live in Buenavista. Is Buenavista a safe and prosperous area for an American to live and own rental property?

  1. like most municipalities in rural areas, buenavista is quiet and laidback.  relatively safe but i dont think its prosperous in the sense of being economically progressive (compared to nearby butuan city).
