Is Bush's "Troop Surge" over?

Question

Does anyone know if the troop surge that Bush said he would do is over?

And if it is...Do you know if they're going to rotate our troops go to Iraq out so other troops can go in..or are they bringing them(the troops used for the surge) home?

P.S: And this shouldn't be a "OPSEC"(classified) question..I'm just asking if some of our troops are coming home or not if the surge is over.

Actually yes, it is. They have been reducing the number of troops in Iraq for a couple of months now And it was an unqualified success. Why do you think that Obama suddenly softened his stance of Iraq? Because Bush was proved to be right in the surge.
