Is CLANNAD: after story have release in the Anime World??

I know that we (The CLANNAD FANS) are eager to wait the sequal of CLANNAD which is CLANNAD: After Story. I Read lots of news and articles about CLANNAD from every source which is available, yet do not keep their updates up and running. So I was little confused, when was the CLANNAD: After Story Will be released. Some Forums said it was SUmmers and some at Fall this year (2008). SO, Which one which is the absolute news about it's release? please tewll me.....
