Is Cal State East Bay a good college to go to?

i like the bay area and im majoring in musical theater, i want to go somewhere out by the bay area first before going back east and wanna know if its a good school

It's probably the weakest of the schools in the CSU system, and none of the CSU's are particularly strong. It's a commuter school with little social life as well.
