Is California ever going to be happy unless every Tree is burned down?

Why is it that this State has soo much problems with Wild Fires. Why don't they just burn it all and get it over with already.

Alot of the problem is that the environmental extremists won't let anyone go in and clear out the underbrush and fallen trees because some bug or bird might be inconvenienced. You have to do proper forest management and clean out the debris from the forest floor to reduce the possibility of forest fires. Now of course this isn't entirely the problem but it is to a great extent.
