Is Canad any good at Rugby?

I'm afraid not. Rugby is not at all popular in Canada, but it is a religion in many countries around the world with regular crowds of over 60,000 in countries like Australia, New Zealand, England, South Africa, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, France, and it is pretty much the only sport in most Sth Pacific Island nations. It is also pretty big in Argentina and Italy.

Canada qualifys for every world cup, but rarely wins a match.

If you mean Canada, well they are in the second Tier in the World Rankings, they have qualified for every World Cup and have beaten the Welsh National team once. In the recent Churchill Cup they placed 5th out of 6 teams, they manhandled the American Eagles for their only victory. Rod Snow the tight head prop is our best known international but Mike Pyke of Edinburgh is a comer. Canada now has more than half of their National team playing for European Clubs.

Canada, is not too bad, I think they are the second best of America after Argentina, that means the best ones in North & Central America.... But I also think USA and Uruguay level is quite even with them....

If you take the whole world you have the tri-nation, the six nation plus Samoa, Fidji and Argentina... I think Canada would be there, about 13-14 of the world close to USA, Japan, Uruguay... Spain and Rumania maybe....
