They have left hand driving just like us, and no they don't need anything special fittings in the winter.

I live in Canada and we drive on the left side of the car, and right side of the road. therefore we are left hand drive.

left hand. Their headlights are on all the time, that is one difference from the US

And in the cold weather, you can usually buy an engine block heater for all newer cars.
