Is Canada or Quebec province still honoring the tax return for tourist?

Question

Two years ago while visiting the Quebec province I could get some of the paid taxes in accommodations returned. While searching again for this program seems that it was taken down.

Does anybody know about this? I've just left Canada and would like to know if this is still working.

Any advice will be deeply appreciated

The Visitor Rebate Program was cancelled effective April 1, 2007.

The new Foreign Convention and Tour Incentive program only covers short term accomodations or camping that was included in a tour package.
