Is Canada the medal per capita winner of the Olympics?

If USA has 10 times the Canadian population, then multiply the number of medals (18) times ten = 180.

  3. That would probably go to Australia. Only 20 million people, but about 45 medals  

  4. What about Iceland - 1 medal for only 250,000 people.  That equates to about a bazillion medals compared with China.  

  5. New Zealand - 4 million people 9 medals

    Jamaica - 2.8 million people 11 medals

    Norway - 4.6 million people 10 medals

    These countries would have to be close to the top per capita.
