This is a complete SCAM.

These people can not afford a website on a paid hosting account. They always go with free Hosting. This way they wont need a credit card to pay for domain name and hosting.

With their Credit card, they can be traced.

So it alway something like: www.theirname.12m.com, www.fools.tripod.com, www.cfwrpa.4t.com

Check the url above and you will understand.

If an "organisation" like the above can not even afford a decent site with paid hosting, know for sure that they are a SCAM.

Always run away with any so called coy / organization operating with a site on a free host. They can not be traced and can dissappear anytime. Same with Yahoo, Hotmail and other free email account. Shame!
