Is Cancun busy in late February?

Some friends and I are heading to Cancun to party Feb. 24-28, 2008. Is it usually crowded during that time or does it not really pick up until mid-March?

Extremely busy, and very expensive, due to the President's Day weekend holiday and the cold weather in the North.  

High Prices =  High Season

It's winter break for high school and college. I would say it starts to get very busy. Plus it's high season and people want to travel during the winter months.

Feb, March and April very busy months.

Way too busy to relax!  If you want to party, you're hitting the right time of year.
