Is Cancun expensive?

My friend and I are spending a week in Cancun. Hotel is paid for but does anyone know if the clubs and restaurants and activities expensive? Like how much money should I bring? And if anyone knows a website that has cheap airfares please let me know! Thank you!

For airfare check this site. It searches many sites at the same time. if you find something you like always check the airline website, sometimes it's cheaper.

If you are staying at an all-inclusive, you won't need as much money, if you are staying at a non-all-inclusive, you will need at least $100 + a day per person. Food is not cheap in the restaurants. Activities can cost any where from $50 to $100, depending on what you want to do.

Hey,

i take it you are going all inclusive??  meaning drinks and food all paid for etc.  The clubs/discos are also all inclusive.  I cant remember how much pesos, but the clubs were about £20-£35 each - depending on what club, etc - free bar when you get in.  This may seem a lot, but what you will realise in cancun, unless your on an organised bar crawl, you'll only go to 1 club per night, so its pretty good/cheap when you think about it.  Theres soo many clubs there that you caould go to a different 1 each night for a week.

1 spent around £600 in 2 weeks - thats going out EVERY night and going on trips.  the trips are a reasonable price, depends which ones you do.  think we paid about £60 for 3.  The speed boat/jungle tour is great - drive your own speed boats and go snorkelling in the 2nd biggest reef in the world.
