it is my favorite element because it has a high tendency for catenation and because it has tetravalency. And I just love the sound of it

  1. You could go with Cole, or Diamond if it's a girl.

But I know that you're actually about 12 so there's no chance of you having a kid to name.

  2. Why not, I know a guy called Helium, but his parents were hippies.

It won't stand out these days, most children have a stupid name.

  3. ummm no

    corbin maybe?

  4. um no i would not do that to my child. with a name like "p**p master" its kinda clear you have a hard time naming things

  5. ummm.... no

  6. To be kind to your son I think it would be better if you were to give him a more common name, but you could use Carbon as his middle name, that way he still has it as an option to call him by without all the teasing as he grows up. By the way please don't name him Alkane for the same reason, but I have heard Kane a few times before and is more acceptable.

  7. dont think so...pick a new name!

  8. Personally I would go with a name similar to Carbon; like Corbin or something like that. If you were to name him Carbon he would get teased a lot throughout school.

  9. middle name Dioxide.lol. you weirdo

  10. Hasn't your school started yet?

  11. Well, if you want a child who's name joins the others in the joke books, that's fine.

We can fit Carbon (or Carbon Dioxide as someone said)

(or Carbon Monoxide as his non-friends will call him)...

    along with:

    Ophelia Butts

    Virginia Ham

    Fig Newton

    Ima Newton

    Ura Newton

    and all the others....

There's a difference between having a unique name and an odd name and a name that makes you the butt of jokes.

    cw

  12. Hmm...definitely don't spell it that way.  You might be able to get away with Carbyn...or how bout Corbon...and you can know that Corbin is strongly influenced by your love for Carbon...:)

  13. Carson is WAY better.

  14. Nope.. I don't think so. Even though it might sound cool, if it's not carbon-carbon. Think about when he's in school...

  15. Sorry ,I don't like it! It sounds funny for a child..but its ok if u like it!

  16. Haha, not really. I've heard of Corbin though, that's a little better.

  17. Carbon Coal

  18. I think Monoxide would make a better middle name than Dioxide.
