Carbon Tetrachloride isn't a *bad* name per se, but I'm more partial to Methyl ethyl ketone. It's got some nice repetition and rhythm to it that carbon tetrachloride simply doesn't.

But then again, "Methyl" kind of sounds like "Ethel," so maybe that's a better name for a baby girl. Unless you want to take the Boy Named Sue approach, anyway.
