Is Carlito underrated?

Let's keep in mind that the WWE paired this man with a LEGEND. I believe that it could have been better, too. But, it was memorable. I think Ric Flair & Carlito is one of the best gimmick tag teams in recent memory.

Yes Carlito is underrated. They need to open him out more, and push to the main-event. Carlito is an 11 time Champion in WWC. However he'll never get there in the WWE because of what he said about Triple H.

Yes he is underrated.At first he was givena super big push and running for wwe champion after his feud with orton and feud with masters his momentum greatly lost.His momentum then got back after feuding with flair and feuding with hhh.After that he got to low card.He is very talented but is wrongly used and deserves a big push

yeah, they could use him in good rivalries with r-truth, shelton benjamin , jeff hardy and vladimer kozlov. wwe needs to use him better.

He's not underrated, just lacking in the talent department that's all.

He's not underrated, he's just not that good.  He seems to have a bad attitude, and he doesn't show a lot of "fire" or "passion" in the ring.  He's very mechanical, almost robotic, especially on the mic.  I see more potential in his brother, frankly.

No he's not.

First of all, the guy was overpushed since his debut (he beat John Cena for the United States Title). Second, he barely placed effort into a majority of his matches, yet he was constantly being placed in major matches in the mid-card and even close to main-event status. I don't see how Carlito is underrated. He can be argued to be underused, but he's not underrated in any sense.
