Is Carluccios nice?

Question

Going to London tomorrow for a birthday, gonna have a meal and we all like Italian and someone said Carluccios is nice and there are loads in London, would you recommend it?

I dont like Carluccios, and the one in the Trafford Centre Manchester is awful, sorry.

it's not cheap & it's only a light-lunch,type menu,but it's ok & very authentic.

I think Carluccios is always a disappointment!! I wouldn't choose to go there and would only go if I had to! There are so many other resteraunts which are much nicer. Have a look at the Time out resteraunt guide in the book shop as I think they'll recommend somewhere better.

There are around 20 Carluccio's branches in London. The decor is nice and the food is reliable and not too expensive. Service can sometimes be slow and mistakes made, so check your bill!

My fav branch is the one on St Christophers Place, near Selfridges
