Hi,

TOCS is not MLM because it is not an affiliate program where you earn commissions to promote someone else's product.  It is strictly cash all for you.  When you join, you just pass up your first sign up to qualify yourself for the level you want to start receiving cash at and that's it.  All you have to do is be persistent in your advertising, determined, driven, and never ever give up even if you think that it's not working.  Just give it time and be patient, you have to spread the word about your TOCS website so people searching the Internet are looking for your opportunity.  I have a few methods that are getting me and my team great results.  I've shown my team the path to success and they are no longer skippers but rather captains of their ships  :)

It depends. The system I am using is not MLM. It uses a "1-UP" structure and works anywhere in the world. I like it because it lets you break away completely and avoids the stigma of being called a pyramid. And while MLM's are not typically consisdered illegal, usually you have to get in very early to become profitable. The "1-UP" system eliminates all of that. I love it.
