Question:

Is Casino gaming honest?

The new movie "21" I believe to be bankrolled by the gaming industry. It's like, ya, let's get as many people as we can interested in card counting and then watch them play and try to win. Let's face it, any Casino, monitors what is paid out, especially on table games. So you want to count cards? The Pitbosses and the dealers are trained to watch. I have never counted cards, yet, just because I was winning, I have had tables closed on me, had dealers switched as many as 6 times in one hour and have watched the dealers cut off as much as half of the cards in the shoe for the next round of play! You can't really say they cheat because the regulations that are written give them enough of a "grey area", they have many ways to "turn the tables" on you. And they have others. Does this seem to you like you are getting a "fair game" if you don't count cards?

  1. The games are not rigged, but they will take countermeasures to prevent card counters. I've been counting cards for years, and really, they don't bother you that much if you're not incredibly obvious or a green chip ($25) player.

But yeah, it is pretty hypocritical to not allow card counting. Just by offering the games, they're basically daring you to beat them, but if you actually use your brain to play, they want to kick you out.

  2. Maybe it was the way you were acting that caused their alarm ?

I don't think games are rigged because they will come out ahead in the long run without cheating...

  3. I dont think games ar rigged

  4. No and thats why I don't play at casinos I play my gambling challenged friends and clean their asses out every time it's way easier then playing at casinos.
