  1. All food with time can spoil. I tried looking for information on it. It was very difficult to find any that would tell me when it would spoil. I do know that the dried will last much longer than the fresh. Also make sure it is stored in an air tight container in a cool dry place.


  2. No  it won't spoil as long as you keeps it dry, but it will loose it's flavor profile after about 3 months


  3. Any herb or spice will lose it's effectiveness over time.

    The flavour depends on volatile oils in the leaves or seeds.

  4. All spices lose there spice after a while, which is why spices have expiration dates..

  5. It's not perishable but it loses it's potency over time just like any spice
