Is Cebu Air Pacific cheaper than PAL when flying from Manila to Cebu? ?

I heard their prices are good, but customer service sucks. And you can't book online - you have to go to their offices, but they're always very crowded. True?

Most of the time, Cebu Pacific flights are cheaper than PAL's.  And yes, you heard it right too.  Their customer service sometimes sucks but so does PAL's.  

Contrary to what you posted, you can book through Cebu Pacific's official website.  My friends and I booked our flights to Palawan through their website.  Below is the website.

Also, their sales offices are not always crowded.  It depends on the location.  The most crowded ones are in malls, understandable as many people go there.  Below is the link to their sales offices:

If you want a really hassle-free but maybe a little expensive service, book through a travel agency and you need not do anything but pay as they will confirm your reservations for you.

it's definitely cheaper and the online booking is actually very stable... just use a major credit card like MasterCard of Visa. all my flights using Cebu Pacific have been booked through the website.

don't bother trying book through phone lines because most likely you'll be on hold for 10 minutes just to be informed to call again for the necessary details like your control number and such.
