my team is pretty decent, but I could still use another third baseman. I use Figgins mostly at 2nd or 3rd.

  1. Well he may be a good pickup but not a must.

If you need power there are guys like Huff & Barnyan that may still be available in bigger leagues.

If you need more runs, SB av look at the Indians Carrol. He plays like  3 IF positions & should satrt for tribe rest of year.

Also Reds Hairston is comin off DL he is similar to Carrol.

  2. The 23-year-old Headley was hitting .305 with 13 homers, 40 RBI and 24 doubles in 65 games at Portland. He made his major league debut last season, going 4-for-18 over two stints with San Diego. Headley was converted from third base to left field in spring training. He was the Texas League player of the year in 2007 after batting .330 for Double-A San Antonio. He will see most of the starts in left for San Diego, but will also get time at third when Kevin Kouzmanoff needs a day off. Headley does have all the tools to make an immediate Fantasy impact. If you can, consider taking a flier on Headley.
