  1. Yes it is still a developing country and has a large amount of potential and diversity and development of their natural resources to become a definite industrial and economic power.


  2. Technically, yes it is. Whilst more and more people are investing in China, and while the economy as a whole is becoming stronger, it has to be remembered that the cost of labour is very cheap and thus many of China's population remains poor.

  3. Yes, and it is developing very rapidly percentage-wise. China's GDP is about the same as Germany, but it has much larger and has many more people over which to spread that.
