Is Chippewa Lake Amusement Park for Sale?

There is an old abandoned amusement park called Chippewa Lake in Medina County Ohio. Is this park for sale?

I think somebody was thinking of buying the park and putting up a resort or something.

The Medina County Park District bought land on the lake. From what I read in the Gazette it sounds like they bought Westfield Landing.

My first job was there and I still live kind of close.
