No, not unless he converted. His ancestors were Irish and presumably followed some form of christianity, and native American.

Norris is one of those evangelical "friends of Israel" kind of Christians.  They support Israel because they think the second coming of Jesus, the "Rapture" will come more quickly.

The Jewish jewelry is emblematic of Christian fundamentalist support ala John Hagee.

I doubt it; no ashkenazi Jew is that down to earth.  That necklace likely was given to him by a Hollywood director or producer.  Its impossible to work in the movies and not run into one you know....
