Is Chupacabra breeding Illegal?

Question

I am from Cuero, TX, and just a week ago, I found an odd looking dog in my back yard, suffering from a weak paw. I took it in, fed it, and cleaned up its wound. I have suspicion it may be a Chupacabra, due to its tough, gray, hairless skin.

I don't have the heart to turn him in, so I am thinking of keeping it, and breeding it with a house dog...

Is this wrong?
