Is Cidona alcoholic? ?

It has fermented apple juice in it... and I know that fruits that are fermented become alcoholic...

yes & no

it is made in the same way as hard cider, however its had most of its alcohol removed, like non-alcoholic beer... probably only has  1% left

Wiki says it's an apple based soft drink on sale since 1955.  It says it's the non-alcoholic version of Bulmer's Cider.
