Is Coldplay's Viva La Vida album , worth buying ?

I'd certainly say yes, as I have it on my mp3 player and listen to it all the time.

Many people say that coldplay are too droll, sad, or depressive, however I don't think that they are like that all the time. Some songs are rather contemplative, however it is surely a good thing to do so sometimes.

But I digress. Viva La Vida is certainly a very uplifting album, while still sticking to the Coldplay roots, however, as a skint student, I probably should have waited until it was £1 on amazon "New & Used"

Yes I Think So! I Got It A Few Months Ago, And It's Great, I Find Coldplay As Background Music, But The Songs I Love To Listen To Are

Viva La Vida

Violet Hill

Strawberry Swing

Death And All Of His Friends

But The Whole Album Is Freaking Awesome I Love It

best album ive bought this year, depends if you like coldplay, its different music for them. plus it was no1 in uk so yeah id say go for it. its a classic album that everyone should own.

hi, i prefered x and y too, but viva la vida is a class of its own(the single) it was number 1 in something like 23 countries.

i have bought the album and the song viva la vida is great but the other songs on the album are very similar. I would advise you to just download the viva la vida song

Get ur **** to the store and get it now!!! Its amazing and Im not a big Coldplay fan. Viva La Vida is the most amazing sone ever, also track 2 is great cant remember what its called. Buy it!!

You should definitely get it.  I've been a Coldplay fan for several years and this might be my favorite album of theirs.  It's different from their other work though.  Not quite as much piano, but still amazing.

Yes - the first track is just instrumental and great toe tapper, the London track is great too - over played in my car as the 4 year old loves viva la vida

Apparently they have a new album out before the end of the year as well!
