Is Collingwood Gardens a nice apartment complex out by Greenspoint mall in Houston,TX?

When you find an area that you want to move into, go to the police department and ask to see the crime report of that area.  It is a free service.  I use to live in Houston and that is how I found out where not to move or just how much crime is there in an area.

There is no such thing as a nice apartment complex by Greenspoint (or gunspoint as it is affectionately known as).   To be in a safe area, you would need to head further north.
