Is Commerce Bank a good place to work?

Does Commerce bank pay well? Do they give raises? How soon do they give raises? Do they give bonuses?

My son just had an interview and he is not sure of any of these things.

Yes, they do pay well. I used to work at a Commerce Bank in NY. $9.50/hour is the starting. They do give raise after six months, $0.25.
