Is Corrie a bad name for a girl??

Just make sure it matches the last name.

I like that name for both boys and girls.

But I do not like the way you spelled it. And Korrie/Kory/Korey looks weird. Stick with Corey. The e makes it look more ment for a girl and it want get confused for carrie

Yes... it is a bad name for a girl. If you name her that, I hope she is absolutely beautiful. Because if she is it wont matter what her name is. However, if she is average or not so good looking that name will cause her problems. My opinion.... its a boys name and it shoud only be given to a boy regardless of spelling. Who care what it is spelled like. When you say someone's name verbally, you dont think about spelling.

So you asked for my opinion.... there it is, however, she is your child so you have the right to do what you want... of course. Since I spent many of my years as a counselor working with kids, part of me has mixed feelings about that. There are many stupid parents out in the world who make choices that their children have to live with for their entire lives. A name.... is one of those choices so please pick something that won't even pose a possiblity to cause her problems. If it might.... dont take the chance... whats the point?

Every corey, cory, etc. I've ever met was a guy. When you say the name people will expect your baby to be a boy probably. I would try for something a little more feminine, because I think you could do better.
