Is Cozumel more relaxing than Caye Caulker?

Question

I have two days to spend in either Cozumel or go down to Caye Caulker in Belize. Is Cozumel so much like Cancun that there is no need to visit both? Is there great fishing to be found in Cozumel or better to go to Caye Caulker?

Cozumel is way more laid back than Cancun and Caye Caulker is way more laid back than both. Caye Caulker is pretty rustic and very small. If you are committed to Cancun and you are looking for something very different, it would be Caye Caulker. If you can avoid Cancun, go to Cozumel & Caye Caulker. Great bonefish and permit around Caye Caulker, better deep sea fishing around Cozumel. It would be hard to have a bad time no matter where of the 3 you go.

cozumel is kind of like cancun but it's also really different.  the waves are smoother, the beaches are completely different, and it is just sooo relaxing.  go to cozumel.  cancun is more like a city, cozumel is more like a quiet reserved island.  go there

go to Cozumel......its sooooo chill. literally layout on a hamock on the beach w/ a margarita & relax. its sooo nice
