I've always wondered. Does it affect your fingers or bones at all?

  1. No, I saw a medical program on TV, and the doctor said the popping and cracking sound was not harmful.


  2. Its been scientifically proven that it does not affect your fingers/bones. Its just the popping of the joint fluid.  

  3. My mother says that it affects the grip of hand.

  4. No, I was recently reading that it's just a myth that it will give you arthritis or any other hand problem. It is simply air bubbles in your knuckle that pop when you crack your knuckles.
